'Connections’ – Together we can We are excited to announce that our Parent and Carer Support Group will be continuing for the 2024/25 academic year. ‘Connections’ is a termly opportunity for parents and carers of pupils at Bower Grove School to meet together, in an informal and friendly environment to share experiences, strategies and questions. As support for you as parents/carers we have 'Connections' where we have two available opportunities for you to make 'connections'; coffee mornings and Guided Talks with trained professionals on information sharing about certain subjects. Coffee Mornings We hold an informal coffee morning one Monday every Term for parents and carers to come into school from 9:30 until 11:00 to talk and share experiences, guidance and strategies around their child's behaviours. This is held with myself in a small group setting allowing for open conversations to then help or guide you to any resources necessary. All our dates can be found on the poster attached. Guided talks Guided talks takes place on a Friday morning, once a Term, 10-11:30 . These guided talks are with professionals giving help and advice around any set subject. What's Next:
